A 30-year veteran firefighter, John retired in 2008, when his passion for all things vintage and wood working became Cardinal Wood Works & Salvage. His affinities for travel, acting and racing cars shape his designs and color his world every day.  When John isn’t honing his craft in the studio, he and his wife, Nancy, are surrounded by their seven grand-kids in North Jersey.

Cardinal Wood Works & Salvage can be found in Asbury Park, NJ, in the Antique Emporium, and at various fairs and festivals throughout the year.
